Facing our Fears

While 2023 may have given us challenges the New Year allows us to now set new goals. Last year I helped someone I admire to overcome her fear of heights. It could have gone badly or as you can see by this photo it could open the door for the next challenge/fear to be faced with newfound confidence. I am super proud that Tracy and I can now say the second bridge was much easier. Counselling is not about putting yourself in dangerous situations, however, it is about learning how to cope with that fear and understand what is causing that fear in a safe and supportive environment.
